Amber List Buildings
Our Amber List Buildings are the ones that we consider to be less risk, but still have uncertain futures. In some cases, there may be plans in place. However, for various reasons, things have stalled and this leaves the building vulnerable, in our opinion. They are unoccupied and in a number of cases are derelict.
