Preston Heritage Network
Our next Heritage Network Meeting will be held on the 28th October at 6 pm at the Central Methodist Church on Lune Street. Here we welcome local groups to come and share their plans for Christmas events and what’s new for the New Year.
These meeting are intended to be for the purpose of local groups to share ideas and knowledge. They are not open to the general public at this stage. If you run a group in Preston and think that this even might be of interest to you, please get in touch.
Attendees of our inaugural meeting included Friends of Edith Rigby, Preston Black History, Friends of Winckley Square, Preston History, Preston Historical Society, Jalgo’s, Preston Masonic Hall and Group, Ribble Steam, Blog Preston, Piping Hot Music Club, Local architect John Bridge and Artist Gavin Renshaw.
Public Meetings
Our last Preserving Preston’s Heritage public meeting took place on
Tuesday 30th September 2025 at 6 pm.
The venue was the Central Methodist Church on Lune Street in Preston.
We will update the group regarding our next public meeting as soon as we have fixed a date.
